The 7 days before beginning of the Flood in Noah's Day typified the sealing of the true believers associated withe Pentecost Harvest, as Noah was in his 600th year seven days before the Flood was upon the face of the Earth.

Genesis 6:21 And take thou unto thee of all food that is eaten, and thou shalt gather it to thee; and it shall be for food for thee, and for them.
Genesis 6:22
Thus did Noah; according to all that God commanded him, so did he.

Genesis 7:1 And the LORD said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation.

Genesis 7:2 Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts that are not clean by two, the male and his female.

Genesis 7:3 Of fowls also of the air by sevens, the male and the female; to keep seed alive upon the face of all the earth.

Genesis 7:4 For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth.

Genesis 7:5 And Noah did according unto all that the LORD commanded him.

Genesis 7:6 And Noah was six hundred years old when the flood of waters was upon the earth.

Genesis 7:7 And Noah went in, and his sons, and his wife, and his sons’ wives with him, into the ark, because of the waters of the flood.

Genesis 7:8 Of clean beasts, and of beasts that are not clean, and of fowls, and of every thing that creepeth upon the earth,

Genesis 7:9 There went in two and two unto Noah into the ark, the male and the female, as God had commanded Noah.

Genesis 7:10 And it came to pass after seven days, that the waters of the flood were upon the earth.

The Flood lasted approximately a year. It started seven days after the first month (Tishri) 4990 and ended on the first month Tishri 1, 4989. We see that Noah was in his 600th year (7 days before the flood), since Noah was in his 601st year on the 1st day of the 1st month one year after the flood.

Genesis 8:13 And it came to pass in the six hundredth and first year, in the first month, the first day of the month, the waters were dried up from off the earth: and Noah removed the covering of the ark, and looked, and, behold, the face of the ground was was dry.

Sealing can take place before the actual salvation event occurs since from an eternity standpoint all the true believers are sealed prior to the foundation of the world although the actual salvation event may take place several years later in terms of time and our knowledge of the sealing is unnecessary for the sealing event to take place, as evidenced by Ephesians 1:4 .

See the Sealing of True Believers Study

Ephesians 1:4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

To Choose
, Prefer, Elect. To choose is the generic term, and denotes to take or fix upon by an act of the will, especially in accordance with a decision of the judgment. To prefer is to choose or favor one thing as compared with, and more desirable than, another, or more in accordance with one's tastes and feelings. To elect is to choose or select for someoffice, employment, use, privilege, etc., especially by the concurrent vote or voice of a sufficient number of electors. To choose a profession; to prefer private life to a public one; to elect members of Congress.[1913 Webster]

When we examine sealing in terms of time instead of eternity, the sealing can take place prior to the completed redemptive work as Noah was pictured as being saved from the flood seven days before the flood but was not actually saved from the flood until a year later (the redemptive work completed in terms of time)
.

Genesis 6:22 Thus did Noah; according to all that God commanded him, so did he.

Genesis 7:4 For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty.

For the 276 passengers with Paul, they were sealed prior to the ship being totally destroyed on the 14th day (the redemptive work completed in terms of time).

Acts 27:21 But after long abstinence Paul stood forth in the midst of them, and said, Sirs, ye should have hearkened unto me, and not have loosed from Crete, and to have gained this harm and loss.

Acts 27:22 And now I exhort you to be of good cheer: for there shall be no loss of any man’s life among you, but of the ship.

Acts 27:23 For there stood by me this night the angel of God, whose I am, and whom I serve,

Thus, the completion of God's sealing for the Pentecost Harvest occurred between Av 1 1987 - to Adar 1, 1988; however, this did not mean the actual redemption of the Pentecost Harvest in relationship to time was completed in the year 1988.

Revelation 7:1 And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.

Revelation 7:2 And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,

Revelation 7:3 Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.

Revelation 7:4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.

Revelation 7:5 Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand.

Revelation 7:6 Of the tribe of Aser were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Nepthalim were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Manasses were sealed twelve thousand.

Revelation 7:7 Of the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Levi were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Issachar were sealed twelve thousand.

Revelation 7:8 Of the tribe of Zabulon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Joseph were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand

There are 600 years from the birth of Noah to 7 days prior to the start of the flood (4390 BC to 4990 BC). The 600 years breaks into factors of 50 and 12. The 7 days prior to the start of the Flood in Noah's Day parallels the sealing experience of the True believers associated with the Pentecost Harvest of 7 months from Av 1, 1987 to Adar 1, 1988 (the month of the Euroclydon). The Pentecost harvest is identified with 50 and the sealing of the Pentecost Harvest is typified by the 12 tribes of Israel who were sealed prior to start of the four winds beginning to blow in Revelation 7:1 (Eurclodyn). As discussed earlier the sealing of the Pentecost believers in relationship to time instead of eternity does not mean the Pentecost Harvest was completed in the year 1988, but rather it appears the Pentecost Harvest from the standpoint in the completion of time was completed in 1994, [49 X50] in relationship to the Physical Temple and in relation to Christ (the Spiritual Temple) [49 X 40].

There are 6,976 years from 7 days prior to the start of the flood to the beginning month for the sealing of those true believers associated with the Pentecost Harvest on Av 1 1987. The 6,976 years (4990 BC to 1987 AD) breaks into factors of 8 and 4 and 218.

The number 8 is identified withthe 8 souls that were sealed in the ark prior to the start of the flood:

1Peter 3:20 Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water

The number 4 is identified with the universal ( to the world's end) and the number 4 Biblical usage is connected with the end of an event. For examples, the Children of Israel were in the wilderness for 40 years which has multiples of 10 (completeness) X 4 (end) and God's four sore judgements upon Jerusalem. The complete end of their wilderness journey ended in 40 years and the four sore judgements which result in the end of Physical Jerusalem.

Numbers 32:13 And the LORD’S anger was kindled against Israel, and he made them wander in the wilderness forty years, until all the generation, that had done evil in the sight of the LORD, was consumed.

Ezekiel 14:21 For thus saith the Lord GOD; How much more when I send my four sore judgments upon Jerusalem, the sword, and the famine, and the noisome beast, and the pestilence, to cut off from it man and beast?

The number 218 is identified withe last week of the Pentecost harvest (Iyar 27 to Sivan 5) which consisted of 7 weeks. The final week which ends the Pentecost harvest is from 1987 -1994 or a period of 7 years (years as days).

If we add 218 days from Tishri 16 , 5758 [1987-88 - the Start of the Early Rain Season is associated with this day] we arrive at Iyar 27 the following day, which is 7 days from Sivan 5 (Sivan 5 is the 49 day or the last day of the Pentecost Harvest).

*Note: Also, when we examine the previous spiritual picture of end time Final Harvest we see that all the true believers not present in what would be considered their earthly spiritual abode:

2 Biblical Examples

  1. In the case Jacob and his family their earthly spiritual abode was the land of Chanaan, yet Jacob and his family brought in a type of Final Harvest in Physical Egypt.
  2. Those carried away captive during the destruction of Judah by the Babylonians were considered Good Figs, and their earthly spiritual abode was in Judah (Where the Temple was). Yet, their Temple was destroyed and they bring in a type of Final Harvest not in Judah, but in physical Babylon

Revelation 14:3 And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.

Revelation 14:4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.

Revelation 14:5 And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God. associated with ingathering, since these associated as coming after great tribuation:

In addition, we see a great number (Ingathering Harvest ) that follows the first fruit harvest typified by the 144,000 (Pentecost Harvest) in Revelation 7:9.

Revelation 7:9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

Revelation 7:10 And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.

Revelation 7:11 And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God,

Revelation 7:12 Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.

Revelation 7:13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they?

Revelation 7:14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

Revelation 7:15 Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.

Also, we see in Revelation 7:1-8 that the Pentecost Harvest does not represent the Final Harvest, but is associated with firstfruit. In Revelation 14:4, we see the twelve tribes typified as a type of firstfruit. The firstfruit (Pentecost) harvest does not require latter rain. The latter rain season (Shevat 15 to Nisan 15) ends with the beginning (Nisan 16) of the Pentecost harvest of seven weeks. Thus, the season of no latter rain [which can also be a period of

(49 days (7 weeks)
1987- 1994] typified as the beginning of summer (drought for the physical organized churches) occurs before the Final Pentecost Harvest of 1994 (49 days/ 7 weeks 1987- 1994).

Great Tribulation in Revelation 7:14 is a time when the land (spiritual habitat) does not produce any substance this period can only be identified after Pentecost 1994, when the physical organized churches do not have a productive summer harvest, since the Pentecost Harvest can occur without the latter rain, but the latter rain is needed for the summer harvest or it will fail:

We see that in the 2 examples of Final Tribulation types that it was the 2nd part of each of the Final Tribulation types that are described as periods of Great Tribulation (Affliction) not the 1st part and this could ony occur when the land in total did not produce any substance or there was a total famine in the earthly land of the true believers.

During the time of Jacob (dreath (drought- of no harvest) came 2 years before Jacob left Chanaan in 1879 BC)

Acts 7:11 Now there came a dearth over all the land of Egypt and Chanaan, and great affliction [G2347 thlipsis]: and our fathers found no sustenance.

G2347 thlipsis
, thlip´-sis; from 2346; pressure (literally or figuratively):—afflicted(-tion), anguish, burdened, persecution, tribulation, trouble

During the time of Babylonia Captivity (temple in Jerusalem destroyed and Jerusalem was in acute famine in 587 BC)

Nehemiah 1:3 And they said unto me, The remnant that are left of the captivity there in the province are in great affliction and reproach: the wall of Jerusalem also is broken down, and the gates thereof are burned with fire.

side notes

Simultaneous seasons are illustrated in Zechariah 14:8 where the season of summer exists spiritual during the time of autumn (early rain/sowing/harvesting) or winter (latter rain) during the time of the spiritual divisions between the early rain (former sea) and latter rain (hinder sea) harvests, also see the 2 seasons of spiritual summer and 3 months before the Final Harvest studies:

Zechariah 14:8 And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter [2779 choreph] shall it be.

Summer as 59 Days Sivan 16 to Av 15 (59 Days or 59/7 = 8.42 years) 1987-1996

  • Summer is identified with a drought(Psalms 32:4) - The physical organized churches has early rain(autumn) but no latter rain(winter) in it season of Spiritual Summer 1987 -1994.
  • Summer is identified with a Unproductive harvest (Proverbs 10:5) - The physical organized churches summer harvest fails 1994 - 1996 because of no latter rain during a time of spiritual nighttime. Summer as 2 months or 2 years (1994 -1996)

An extrapolation of weeks from Pentecost 1987/88 (if this were the end of the Pentecost Harvest) to Ingathering for either the year 2011 or 2012 would not spiritually harmonize with the spiritual length of 18 weeks (weeks as years), but an extrapolation from Pentecost 1994 to 2012 would spiritually harmonize, as there are 18 years from Pentecost 1994 to The Feast of Ingathering in the year 2012.
