The New Testament physical organized churches are equated with physical Jerusalem. Jerusalem is also the city were the true believers (prophets and saints) would normally be killed.

Luke 13:34 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not!

In Revelation 18:21-24 the Bible equates Babylon with the physical organized churches, since the physical organized churches represent Jerusalem on Earth (the physical abode where the true believers would normally be found), Galatians 4:25 -26. Jerusalem is where the true believers are killed (in the sense of separation), as especially noted in Revelation 18:24. Revelation 18:21 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

Revelation 18:22 And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee;

Revelation 18:23 And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.

Revelation 18:24 And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.


The 9,200 days that completes a geometrical progression established by God to indicate actual length or spiritual time from the beginnings to ending destruction for each of the physical Jerusalem as represented by:

  1. Physical Jerusalem
  2. Physical Babylon as Physical Jerusalem
  3. Physical Organized Churches (Jerusalem) as Spiritual Babylon

Defined -Geometrical progression, a progression in which the terms increase or decrease by equal ratios, as the numbers [2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 or 64, 32, 16, 8, 4, 2 ] by a continual multiplication or division by 2.

The starting number 2,300 Days in the geometrical progression is established in Daniel 8; 14, the first physical Jerusalem destroyed from the death of Josiah to its destruction by the Babylonians.

Daniel 8:14 And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.

 

The Geometrical Progression is 2 to 1 as established by Revelation 18:6.

Revelation 18:6 Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.

The Greek word "ergon" for work can be associated with a "length of time" in 1Peter 1:17.

4,600 is identified as total number carried away captive by King Nebuchadrezzar of Babylon, God sometimes uses the number count of people to signify the passage of time or to distinguish an event.

Jeremiah 52:30 In the three and twentieth year of Nebuchadrezzar Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard carried away captive of the Jews seven hundred forty and five persons: all the persons were four thousand and six hundred.
