2012 the Final Season of Harvest By Jock Ellis From Colossians 2:16-17 we see Christ as the fulfillment or body of the Sabbath day, the holy day and the new moon. Thus from a ritualistic observance the feast days (Passover, Pentecost and Ingathering) in our day are not observed as rituals. However as we see in verse 17 of Colossians that the feast days do remain as shadows that determine the possibility of future events related to the Kingdom of Christ. Colossians 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the Sabbath days: Colossians 2:17 Which are a shadow of things to come [3195. mello]; but the body is of Christ. 3195. mello, melī-lo; a strengthened form of 3199 (through the idea of expectation); to intend, i.e. be about to be, do, or suffer something (of persons or things, especially events; in the sense of purpose, duty, necessity, probability, possibility, or hesitation):—about, after that, be (almost), (that which is, things, + which was for) to come, intend, was to (be), mean, mind, be at the point, (be) ready, + return, shall (begin), (which, that) should (after, afterwards, hereafter) tarry, which was for, will, would, be yet. Three old Testament Harvest Feasts of Passover, Pentecost and Ingathering are Spiritual portrayals;
* Temple sacrifice Reinstituted **First Jubilee celebrated in 1357 BC We see during the Final Tribulation period the Gentile Physical Organized Church which rules Jerusalem on Earth becomes the equivalent of the wicked Kingdoms of Sodom and Egypt Revelation 11:2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months. Revelation 11:2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months. Revelation 11:8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. The dead bodies are those true believers who leave or thrown out of the physical organized churches. The Bible equates those true believers being thrown out of the physical organized churches as being killed. This is more apparent when we see that there bodies are not put into graves and they are taken up in the air upon the return of Christ John 16:2 They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service. Revelation 11:9 And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves. Revelation 11:11 And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. Revelation 11:12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them. Both (Old Testament in 587 BC “Solomon’s Temple" and New Testament Temple in 1994 AD "physical organized church”) Temples are destroyed prior to the final Jubilee the 50th (actual End of the World) and the 18th (a picture of the End of the World). The Year 1994 is the 49th Jubille (from the end of the 2nd Temple Jubille) which is the end of the church age harvesting. This period is followed by 1 shorten Jubile period to complete 50 jubilees or the End of all harvesting or the actual End of the World. The 2nd Temple is completed 130 years after the 1st Temple was destroyed. The number 130 are products of 13 *5*2 or 13*10. These numbers are used in the Bible to denote the following spiritual meanings.
When the 2nd Temple was completed 130 year (complete fullness of time) after the destruction of the 1st Temple, this was a picture of the God's completed Temple where all those who God has purposed to save are saved and are a part of the eternal Temple. Revelation 3:12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name. |
