A 24 year period (1988 Adar - 2012 Tishri) is a length of time that meets the spiritual reconciliation requirements of Revelation 9:15 of equaling (The length of the Spiritual Flood):

  1. an hour
  2. a day
  3. a month [The Hebrew word "chodesh" is used in reference to the words "new moon" in the KJV OT The verses in 2 Kings 4:23 and Ezekiel 46:6 reference the words "new moon" in association with the word [day.]
  4. a year

Revelation 9:15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.

Adar is the 12th month the number illustrates 12 (Fullness). The command for killing of all the true believers (Spiritual Jews) who are the bearers of the saving gospel is typified in Esther 3:13 as occurring in the dates between the 1st to the 13th of Adar.

Revelation 11:7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

Esther 3:13 And the letters were sent by posts into all the king’s provinces, to destroy, to kill, and to cause to perish, all Jews, both young and old, little children and women, in one [259 echad] day, even upon the thirteenth day of the twelfth month, which is the month Adar, and to take the spoil of them for a prey

24 year period 1988 - 2012 (Rev. 9:15)

Explanation

24 hours (hours as years)

The natural harvest of figs occurs on a yearly basis. The Final Harvest is typified as half of a day or 12 hours. 12 hours from sunrise to sunset is a Jewish day. A day consisting of night and day is 24 hours.

24 Days ( equals 1 month)

24 Years ( 24 days equals 24 years, days as years)

In

1 Chronicles 27:1 -15
24,000 servants served King David (Picture of Christ) for each of the 12 months. A thousand years is as 1 day to the Lord, see 2 Peter 3:8. God sometimes uses the number count of people to signify the passage of time, for example, the 42 followers of Ahaziah destroyed by King Jehu typified the spiritual 3 and 1/2 years of famine and the total reign of Satan of the physical organized churches throughout the last 19/18 years [1993/1994 AD to 2012 AD] of the Great Final Tribulation period.

A month is 24 days (days as years)

In 1Chronicles 27:1 -15, 24,000 servants served King David (Picture of Christ) for each of the 12 months.

The period of 24 years starts in Revelation 9:2 when the star from heaven (Jesus) loose Satan from the bottomless pit to attack the physical organized churches beginning in 1988. The end result is Satan's eventual total control of the physical organized church in 1994 (abomination of desolation), The 24 period ends at God's Final Judgement in the year 2012. We see throughout the Great Final Tribulation period that the true believers are killed (driven out of the physical churches).

The Third part is identified with the physical organized churches. True believers exist there but will leave during the Great Final Tribulation in obedience to God.

Revelation 9:15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.

We see in John16:2 to be spiritually killed means to be put out of the physical organized churches.

John 16:2 They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.

We see in Revelation 9:20-21 the people that are not killed in the physical organized churches (the unsaved) represent those who remain unrepented and thus are subject to eternal damnation (see also, FAQ answer 2).

Revelation 9:20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:

Revelation 9:21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

This scenario of the true believers commanded by God to leave the physical organized churches during the Great Final Tribulation parallels the events of Lot's Day where the last believer "Lot" was removed out of Sodom prior to fire and brimstone raining upon the city. We see in Luke 17:18-30, Romans 9:29 and Revelation 11:8 the physical organized churches being compared with spiritual Sodom, except for seeds taken (cut) out to produce another fig tree that bears fruit for the Latter Rain Harvest.

Spiritual Conditions of Physical Organized Churches analogous to Sodom at the Time of Christ Return in Final Judgement for context, See Luke 17:18-27.

Luke 17:28 Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;

Luke 17:29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.

Luke 17:30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed

Romans 9:28 is in the Context of the Final Harvest - End of the World only remnant appears to obey God's commandment and depart out of the physical organized churches.

Romans 9:28 For he will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth.

Romans 9:29 And as Esaias said before, Except the Lord of Sabaoth had left us a seed, we had been as Sodoma, and been made like unto Gomorrha.

Revelation 11:8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

Great Tribulation is identified when all the land can no longer bring any substance. Adar 1994 is the first year of no latter rain[Harvest, which is due*] and is also the last year of Harvest associated with Early Rain (Pentecost, see Example 1 and Example 2).

Acts 7:11 Now there came a dearth over all the land of Egypt and Chanaan, and great affliction [G2347 thlipsis]: and our fathers found no sustenance.
